How did it start?
Everything is downright simple. Every third pastry chef starts with the same story: she was on maternity leave at home, she started making cakes for her children, then friends, acquaintances, acquaintances of acquaintances and away we go ... It didn’t start with me on a decree, a little later, but working from home encourages daily stay in the kitchen, and there you look ... and you will be drawn to sweets. A child's birthday and just a cake are no longer interesting ... and now you turn on all your design abilities and go to sculpt “something".
As a result, the child is delighted, relatives are out and you start to think: this is how easy it is to create a holiday from an ordinary cake!!! This, guys, is a drug... I want to repeat the delight, emotions, I want to surprise again and again... And now another holiday is coming for relatives, friends, acquaintances, and you think: what if you surprise them? After all, the stores have everything, and a cake with meaning, designed just for you, exactly suitable for your life credo, or simply because your friends see you like that - isn't that a drive? Is this not a holiday of the soul?
That's how I ended up where I am now...
